i may have a urine test and it cannot be in my system, i need to know how long it stays in my system

Ok no one may answer this for me, but if I took pills this morning, can I safely take more pills several hours later?

Apple cider vinegar and al least a few gallons of water.. As always pee at least 3-4 times the day of your test and don't pee in the cup until mid pee. I know a few peeps who got by w/a few things in them by drinking 2 shots of apple cider vinegar for 4 days before the test! Just saying worth a try!

Zub has a mean half life of 20-48 hours. Half life only means how long it takes for the medication to be eliminated from the plasma concentration of the body, but can and will still show up on a drug test if they are looking for it. TO get out of your body altogether, and this goes for any drug, 5 times the half life is the rule of thumb. So, in this instance, if you took some today, it can take up to 10 days to get completely out of your system. Now of course other factors play into this like your diet, how often you exercise, sweat, urinate, etc. Best suggestion if you know you have a drug test coming up, stop a week in advance, if you can, and drink the s*** out of water. I'm talking about 2 gallons a day for starters. Then, if you have access to a hot tub or sauna, this is the best way to get it out the fastest. No method will work best. The amount you sweat in a hot tub or sauna is not even comparable to any workout.
