How Long Does Lorazepam Stay In System

I took 1mg of Ativan last night to help me sleep.... I have a drug test tomorrow. Will that show up in a urine test?

Ativan/Lorazepam (Benzodiazepines) can remain detectable in your urine for up to 1-6 weeks after your last dose; a pretty wide time frame in my opinion, but unfortunately it is what it is and will most-likely show up in your urine test if you only had a day's notice. This is not to say that it's possible for it to not show up, but odds are that it will if they are testing for benzos.

Yes, it most likely will be detected, since it's a Benzodiazepine. They can be detectable in urine for approximately 6 weeks, after last dosing.

The time frame will vary from person to person, depending on various factors unique to the individual, such as your overall health, fluid intake, activity levels and etc. but 6 weeks is the average for most people.

If you have a prescription, however, all you need to do is inform them of that, when you go in for testing.
