How Long Does Tylenol 3 Stay In Your System For A Blood Test

I took a tylenol 3 because I've been having major abdominal pains. It was from an old prescription of mine. But the pain hasn't stopped and I think I may need to go to the hospital. But I don't want to be labeled as a drug addict since I am not one, (seeing as the medicine was my own - just old), so about how long until I can pass a blood test? The hospital always takes blood from me when I'm there.

Hurt so bad and you took a pill from an old prescription, and did not work. .
End of details , ..that is normal you were in desperate pain relief mode.

I missed my pain dr appt and they didn't have another scheduled for ONE month! I sprained my ankle yesterday and had an old script for Tylenol 3 from teeth extracted a year ago and I've taken 3. My appt is Thursday and they may cancel me but all i can do is be honest. Hard to do without anything with torn ligaments in your ankle. Worried.
