How Effective Is My Treatment Of Unstable Angina

I was detected with atherosclerotic coronary artery disease. Double vessel disease 90% & 95% stenosis involving origin of PDA & PLV. Other bifurcation lesions are medina 1,1,1 bifurcations-+, diabetes mellitus type 2, systemic hypertension + Dyslipidaemia, Deplatt A 150, Myonit SR 2.6, Lipicure 80, Cardace me to 25/2.5, Amladac 5, Ranolaz 500, Pantosec 40 & Novomix inj. 15+ 10 units. Please advise.
