How Do I Get Diazepam Out Of My System

I have been dealing with anxiety attacks and insomnia for years. Recently I have seen my physician to get a " Handle" on my anxiety and sleeplessness. The medication prescribed to me was causing adverse effects. So after contacting my physician and discussing other possible medications to treat my ailment another medication was prescribed to take the place of the previously prescribed TRAZEDONE. Being I go through the VA, I must wait for my meds to be mailed to me, sometimes taking over a week to get to me via mail, suffering in the meantime at night. So over the last 3 weeks I have taken 5 mg of DIAZEPAM to help me sleep as I still am waiting for my prescribed med.. Completly unaware that not only does DIAZEPAM have addictive properties but it also stays in your system for an exceptionally long time. I took a urine analysis test last week for a new job totally unaware it would prove to be an issue, I am a fairly active male in the gym and always drinking plenty of fluids (water). The issue is that I am going to take another urine test and am afraid of another "dirty" result. I not only feel like a drug addict trying to pass a test for probation but I feel dirty myself. I always prided myself on staying away from drugs and living a healthy life. What can I do to cleanse my body of the DIAZEPAM.?? I am freaking out!!!!

There is nothing because it's up to your body to do that. U can drink lots of water in hopes it will help speed or asset the process. chances are your going to pee dirty for benzo. Pay someone for clean pee?

I used to be prescribed Diazepam 15mg because I have severe anxiety with panic attacks. I also have severe back problems with several back surgeries and I have sciatica nerve pain. I have been prescribed hydrocodone and I took them for over 8 years together and never harmed me. Then several years ago the government got the bright idea that it would harm you if taken together and doesn't allow it anymore. What is crappy is I have to decide which is worse - my pain or my anxiety. So after surgery my joints got extremely bad causing chronic pain and I was put back on hydrocodone and had been off of Diazepam for 3 years. But one day I my anxiety was so bad I was in tears and visibly shaking and I had some Diazepam left over and I needed relief bad so I took one. How can I get it out of my system in two weeks?
