It normally would be undetectable on a urine drug screening after 3 days, less for addicts who use regularly. However, if you are on all of those other drugs, it may take a little longer, I don't know for sure, but your liver, kidneys, etc. are very busy processing all of those meds. Some meds make you urinate less and that could mean that it would take longer for you to excrete all of the metabolites that drug screenings check for. Stuff like xanax, norco, and oxycontin constipate you, which equals a slower metabolism. The more you weigh, the longer it stays in your system.
Do you need to pass a drug test? If you are prescribed norco, the oxycontin would come up as opiates, just like the norco would.
