i took a half of an opana 40 on tuesday about mid day and have a drug test on friday also this is the only time i have done opana in about 3 weeks exept for the same amount about 8 days ago you think i will pass

It all depends on how often you use and how much. If you're an addict and use on a daily basis, it will take the 2-4 days to get it out of your system. If you are clean and use once, opana or any opiate for that matter will be out of your system in less than a day. I've done 30's and opana's and it was out of my system the next day. The key was that I was clean when I used though. Also, if you are clean and take a couple hits of weed, it will be out of your system in a day or two. Obviously this all can vary person to person but the biggest factor when taking a drug test is not just when is the last time you used, but how much or how often were you using before your last use. Unfortunately I am extremely experienced at this, I get tested every day except Sunday and all the tests are sent out to the lab.

I respect you very much. I also lost my mother to pain medication and went cold turkey on my own. But my doctor said different. My father was there for every appointment and couldn't believe that the doctor said he took me off because I had a problem with them, no I went off myself and did go to build up my body again. Then one day on father's day my husband and I decided to go down the river, which was didn't even cover our feet, well when we went down farther the river was raging and we got stuck in the middle with no way out. I was pulled out for the air with one strap around my lower back. I can not explain the pain I went through. I was in a car accident back in 2011 and went off all my medicine and did it on my own. But 2 yrs later had the river accident and now I can't get help because people abuse this medicine so too all of you out there who abuse this medicine think about the people who truly need them. I now it's not easy. I lost my brother who was only 20 yrs old to drugs and 4 yrs later my sister who was only 24 ,please be careful and get help because when you finally get through it, you have such a better out look on life and if you can beat it than the sun will finally rise and you won't have to feel sick anymore it's a fighting battle. My god bless you and your family. For those who are stuck there is a rainbow at every turn. From someone who lost her hole family from drugs. Make the right choice. Just for your self.

I couldn't agree more! I Ann currently waiting to have surgery on my wrist and I'm experiencing a lot of pain but, the surgeon and his PA are very hesitant to help me with pain medication. I was literally told that things have gotten out of hand with people abusing pain medication and they can only give me tramadol until AFTER my surgery! You couldn't have said it better that when someone really needs pain medication, the abusers make it almost impossible to get relief!

If Anybody is looking for a way to pass a drug test in less than 72 hours, you will need a urine bag with synthetic urine unless you wish to ruin your life, job, etc. Most employers will not tolerate anything less than zero abstinence, especially if you have failed a UA previously.

ER or long lasting opiates linger in your system due to time releases and other agents that are forced to make them hang around so you feel it longer or do not feel sick due to the addiction that follows taking these substances for months or years.

Nobody can expire the substance in one day, it is literally impossible, even saying that, PM takes levels to see if you have been taking the prescribed amount, adulterate the samples, etc. If the urine comes up dilute, they dissolve the water from the sample and perform further testing if they can only get dilute samples from a specimen. (dilute is just as it sounds, full of water and colorless.) The half life of the med is said to be approximately 2-4 days with opiates. If taking IR, it is closer to 48 hours, if ER, closer to 48 hours due to the breakdown time in one's stomach , then the half life that remains.

Fluids do help, but, if they look deeper into your specimen, they could evaporate the water and retest to see exactly whats there. All urine samples that have been sent to the lab are split into two samples to eliminate error, so, if the outcome is protested, the lab has sufficient evidence of the legal readings in the samples.

This can eliminate any cheater, drug dealer selling their pills, or, other criminals from getting away with not taking their pills or enough of them as they frequently do to get the $1 per mg for oxy, or the $4-5 per mg opana or other drugs are worth on the street. Many patients don't take their meds all month long to eliminate addiction and addict others not even prescribed these meds, this is why abuse factors are eliminating the prescribing of more than 5mg of oxy for severe medical procedures and surgeries that people have been suffering from.

I am one that had surgery on my arm, was prescribed 50 5mg oxy's at the hospital and passed out from pain after taking 4 of them to assist with my agony. Others have worse more painful surgeries and the abusers and dealers ruin it for everybody, and IT F'n SUCKS. I'd like to be able to be on PM without the worries of taking tests whenever they call or pill counts because of the freaks screwing this up for me.

It is Sunday 5:00 & I just took a 40 opana & also took 1 yesterday morning. I have to go to my suboxone Dr. Tuesday at 12 & he will give me a U/A. Do u think I can pass?

I Have a drug test tomorrow (Mon) at 11am for a new job. It's a 7 pannel test. I haven't been doing anything in a while now but last night (Sat) 10pm I consumed about 5mg of opana and 2 7.5 hydrocodone. I am about 5'2" and weigh about 105lbs. High metabolism and pretty active. Am I safe to go for my test tomorrow?

Don't do it! It will show up in a urine test for at least 4 days and it is true that all the PM docs have to test every visit. At my PM DOC, I saw them discharge someone for NOT testing positive for the drugs they were giving her. No second chances, just Goodbye! It's probably worse if you test positive if they haven't given you anything yet. You would quickly be labeled a bad risk and if you blow it with this guy, you probably won't be accepted anywhere! So don't do it! Maybe you can go to the ER if you're in a lot of pain.

So you think you are not an addict because what you won't let yourself be, you have real pain or because you know what drugs can do to you. Believe me if you wake up everyday feeling need for them pills, your just like the rest of us. Just because u don't get your dope from a pm dr or off the streets doesn't keep u from becoming addicted. It's those higher than life attitudes like u got it all figured out that caused me to become addicted. I have been clean since 1-5-16. Truely clean nothing but Motrin 800. I broke two bones and herniated 4 plus all the nerve damage that usually goes with a car wreck then on top that I have degenerative disc disease. Get off before your body becomes accustomed to all that crap and u need more and that good doc quits writing all of it. Sorry about your mom. I just lost mine too. It's so hard.
