How Long Does Kadian Stay In Your System

I have been prescribed Kadian 30 mg 2x day for over 3 years and just had a drug test. I was out of it for 8 days. Will it still show up in my urine?

If you hadn't taken it for 8 days, before the test, then no it isn't likely that it will show up in the drug test. It is usually only detectable for approximately 4 to 5 days, after the last dosing.
