I AM CURRENTLY ON A VERY EFFECTICE EATING PLAN AND EXERCISE ROUTING FOR LOSING WEIGHT. HOWEVER, I'VE BEEN USING LEXAMIL 20MG FOR 3 WEEKS NOW CAN CANNOT MANAGE TO SHED ANY MORE WEIGHT

Lexamil contains the active ingredient Escitalopram and it is actually not known to cause significant weight gain. In clinical trials, after 6 months of use, most people have gained less than 0.6kg.

Hi good day.
I would just like to know some facts.i am looking after a pasient with dementia alzheimer and she is on lexamil and urbanol she has been eating alot and have put on alot of weight since i started working 5months ago.she is sleeping in a chair for 4years and her bottom legs and feet are purple red and swollen also hard.her pulse rate is also fast she often sleeps short period of time daily.
Her sons are not sure what exactly is wrong with her so she is taking lexamil and urbanol meds.
Im worried about her health also the fact that she is always full of confusion and anxiety.
