High B.p. And Nebicard 5

I am 37 years old and i was taking Telvas 40 mg from last one year because of high B.P. Now for the last month i have been taking Nebicard 5mg, and my B.P. is normal. Should i take more tablets and continue treatment or can i stop it? Please advise. Thanks.

Nebicard contains the active ingredient Nebivolol, which is a beta blocker that's commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

And no, you can't just stop taking it, once you're hitting normal levels. There is a very good chance that the only reason you're hitting those normal levels is because you're taking the medication. So, if you stop it, there's a good chance that your blood pressure may just raise again.

Additionally, abruptly stopping these types of medications may cause a rebound effect that could put your life in danger.

Hi im 26yrs old and im having a high blood pressure too which is uncommon for my age accdg to my doctor where everything on my test (ecg, echocardiogram,fbs, lipid profile, micro albumin urine, serum creatinine and urine examn) was completely ok. I was adviced to take nebilet 5mg once a day but took 2 pills only and I stopped. My question is, will there be any side effects that may happen coz I decided to cure my high blood pressure by taking organic foods and in natural way? Pls reply..thanks.
