Help Find A Doctor Long Island Ny Who Prescribes Oxycontin

I have been diagnosed with MS 13 yrs ago, 10 yrs ago was when pain in lower back starts, 3-1/2yrs later after many mri's, cat scans, 3rd chiro found the joint in pelvis was out of alignment. this was great, he had put pelvis in alignment after 3 wks, then cervical was unbelievable painful..this is when I went from Vicoden to Fentayl.. It bothered me to be on pain meds, but wasn't functional at all, unable to get up from bed, i couldn't do anything. Found out in 2008, I had 6 herniations in Thoracic spine, 2 buldges cervical, spondolethethosis L5, SI..At this point I'm in severe pain I found a neurologist who gave me 4-60mgs oxycontin just to function... I am on disability due to my Multiple sclerosis I have sensory ms my arms barely function due to spasms, My back is so compressed from all damage and the MS is making it all a horrible life. Please Help find a doctor, I recd a letter that my doctor is no longer seeing pain patients... I have 2 weeks of meds left..Please....

Many of the results you find (in one or both of the links above) also list a phone number for that specific doctor; I'd consider calling up a number of them to see if they are accepting new patients; some aren't, but most usually are.

Hello! I hope you can get some relief very soon!! Just be VERY CAREFUL as there are many unscrupulous Docs out there who have found that opening a "pain" clinic is easy, major money for them. Find yourself a Major Medical Center/hospital and check to see if they have a pain management clinic. Only go to one of those, NEVER to a "clinic" on a street corner that has a Pain Clinic sign. You might not even get the drug you think you are getting....
