Help Drug Test For Hydrocodone

I took 60mg of hydrocodone on Wednesday with the last dose being around 5pm and had to take a urine drug screen for the drug on Monday at 1pm. The urine test was sent to a lab. Will I test positive?

Realistically the test should be negative since it takes about 2-4 days for it to get out of the system but there are some variables like metabolism to factor in but my best guess is you will be negative.
