Heavy Ness After Waking Up
UpdatedI am hypertensive patient for the last 24 years & now aged 81 years. In the last one month, there is fluctuation in BP. It is going upto 200/100. Morning after getting up & after after- noon nap, I feel heaviness in the head on sides & back four or five times week. I am taking Telmisartan 80H 1-0-0. Amlong induces swelling in leg. How should I proceed further to control BP.
