I want to know what can i do to get pregnant. i have not seen my periods for the past three months. took norethisterone and had periods for one month only. now i want a baby. what should i do? pllz help

I have irregular period but now I have started taking ovral l along wid dexorange for past 2 months I got my period on proper time but the flow was very low I got married 9months ago n I have fibroid also my husband is in abroad he is coming in January 2015 n we want to have baby pls help I have taken HCg infusion in January and February pls help
