Yes, the FDA does list those as being possible side effects of this medication and you are not the first person to post about experiencing them. You may also experience easy bruising and stomach pain.
Given the loss of balance and severe dizziness, it would be best to speak to your doctor as you may need to try a different medication.
Are you on any other medications?
