Half White And Pale Blue Oval Pill

It's quite small. Roughly the size of a pinky finger nail. Absolutely no markings. It is pale blue on one side and white on the other. No odour. Possibilty it's a party pill?...

If there are no markings on it, it is going to be difficult to determine what this tablet contains, unless you would pay to have it lab tested, somewhere.

There are some over the counter products that meet this general description, such as some cold remedies that contain Dextromethorphan.
