I took methamphetamine around Oct 20. I took a hair follicle test today. I know it goes back to 90 days and I am concerned because I am right at that cutoff. I haven't done any drugs since then. What are my chances of failing?

What was result? I'm curious because I'm in the same position. I did it about 5 days straight, starting around feb 24th. Gotta take a hair test now.

Sorry I meant I did it 5 days straight starting around October 24th, 2014. (Not February)

Most companies will only request a hair drug test that goes back 90 days (1.5 inches in length). So it is doubtful if you did meth back in October that they will test that far back.

My son had to have a hair follicle test his head hair was not long enough for them to test. They ended up taking underarm hair to do the testing. The test results came back positive for methamphetamine. I was informed that due to the fact they took body hair the results go back 12 months. However, the level shows 5138 pg/mg Does this mean that he is heavy user or what. Please I need to know. Can anyone give me this information.

500 pg/mg is the limit, so unfortunately he is 10x the allowed level.

I have been clean and sober for 9 months. I have had regular drug testing through my outpatient treatment program. I recently had a hair follicle test that tested positive for meth at 800 PG/mg. Can anyone please help me understand if this is a high level and why it is still showing up in my hair. I am scared because it is for court. I am being honest I have not used nor have been around anyone in 9 months.
