Follihair is just a nutritional supplement that contains a complex of vitamins and minerals, such as Biotin, Zinc, Selenium and others that are believed to help with hair loss.

I was having AtoZ multi-vitamins but have been advised Follihair with it. I am 27 and have excessive hairfall. Just not sure whats causing it and will these two really help? Are there any side effects of taking these together?
