A EXTRA SMALL WHITE OVAL SHAPE PILL. ONE SIDE WITH THE LETTERS APO AND THE OTHER WITH A LINE THROUGH THE MIDDLE. THE LEFT HALF HAVING THE LETTERS TR AND THE RIGHT HALF HAVING THE NUMBER 50. I HAVE NEVER SEEN HYDROCODONE LIKE THIS PILL.

APAP is a medical term for Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever. It is commonly sold under the brand names Lortab, Norco and many others.

Some of the common side effects are drowsiness, nausea and constipation.

For future reference for anyone who reads this post, the pill that was asked about in the original post is NOT hydrocodone.

The pill marked APO TR50 is Tramadol 50mgs. A generic for Ultram. It is synthetically derived from an opiate, but does not work like one and does not carry as many side effects.
