Could the pill hp227 prevent an abscess infection???!!

No, this is not an antibiotic.

This tablet is manufactured by Heritage Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 400mgs of Acyclovir, which is an antiviral that is used to treat or prevent herpes outbreaks.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain.
