Herniations Of Upper And Lower Back Had Never Offered To Do Any Surgery Only Pain Pills And Now The Va Says No More Pain Pills. Hpt

I have been taking 60MG Time Release Morphine for 5 years. I take as directed to take. I do not chew,crush,snort inject the morphine. I have no side effects at all. It helps me a lot with my severe pain due to my upper and lower back having herniations in both areas. Now the VA will not supply me with any more pain med's and morphine is the only one I do not have side effects from. They don't offered any back surgery. I will always have severe pain. I understand that severe pain can cause depression is that right?DWHZ

Do you have any other means of paying for the medication? Such as some other form of insurance?

I went to a new VA doctor Oct. 17, 2011 in Billings,Mt. I asked him why did the VA quit giving me Morphine? Not quite give I have to pay a co-pay so it's not all free. So he looked into his computer and he had me read what it said. Some person with no witnesses like BUYERS and did not sign thwere name to the message. It said I was selling drugs. Wow I hit the roof top and I was very pis&%^ off. I asked that doctor if you or any other doctor had a brain you should of known that any person can type anything they want and put it into a computer and you have no clue who-in-the-hell put the statement into that damn computer. Now I'm going to wait and see if I get my pain med back? I showed him the 2 copies I have of my upper and lower back with HERNIATIONS that is causing severe pain in my arms,hands,fingers,buttocks,legs,ankles, and big toes. It is a very deep DULL PAIN 7/24...I wonder why they )VA) stopped sending me Morphine with no reason that I knew of then. I do now. But how can they believe a statement like that with no EVIDENCE what-so-ever.
