All I hear from the endocrinologist is you'll feel better. No explanation of why. No discussion of side effects. I have MS, Fibro, SFN, many drug allergies. Anaphylactic shock bad. I'm a 51 year old male, 6'2, 250 lbs. I used to be in incredible shape a few years back, activities included weight training, running, biking, and a short run as a professional beach volleyball player. Well, age, gravity, surgeries, etc have all taken a toll on my body, how I look and how I feel. what if the person is 21 years old and above and he takes a cherifer which are for the 18 years below, What will the effects of this in their body? ## Your growth plates have already fused or closed so I would assume that you won't see any changes even if you take the real human growth hormone. ## WHAT ARE GROWTH PLATES? I have a goquick 5.3 mg. When I dissolved the powder into the liquid I didnt have my injection needle on so no foam came out like when my doctor did it the first time. Our son 6 years old is treated with Genotropin 5.3 almost a year. The results obtained are satisfatory however he complains about aches in muscle all over the body. He became emotionally very sensitive , and we are afraid that his memory is not as before. If anyone is encountering similar fenomena , please let us know, and what was done in order to overcome it.

I am on 2 units of Nutropin. My endo.sends me for igf1 testing every 3 or 4 months. I dont understand the target range for my age (71) how does one know if you are at the correct dose? ## There can be many variations to what can be considered normal for the igf1, depending on age, health and etc. However, for someone between the ages of 70 and 74, the target ranges for females are generally 57 to 237 and for males 46 to 207 and your doctor doesn't usually look for a strict match, a little bit outside of those numbers would still be considered okay. Your doctor should let you know if your levels aren't considered good and if you need to make any medication dosing change. Are there any other questions or comments?

How do you confront being tired while on Omnitrope? Have you experienced any draw down of energies? Any problems that you can make me aware of?
