Not necessarily. I know someone who has pills like that as an anxiolytic. It may not be extra strength tylonal or whatever.

I found a dark green capsule with a white band in my luggage and traced it down to an open Walgreen Extra Strength Headache relief bottle which had a picture of the pill on it.

Acetaminophen 250mg, Asprin 250mg and 65mg of Caffeine.
