I had just started taking the med over-the-counter because i really have big problems when it comes to memorizing since my course is nursing...i have to memorize and memorize and memorize...it was just been suggested to me by some friends...it's still too early to give proofs about the enhancement it gives my brain now or how it will do in the future...i usually take it thrice a day since the dosage indicated was t.i.d. (thrice a day in med terms)....my only concern is its effect after taking it or if I would stop using it would I have some sort of brain dis functions or something like that.....naturally it will make somebody sleepy because it helps the brain to relax....and hopefully nothing bad will happen to me... :)

I will agree with iskati. I took glutaphos when I was 3rd year in HS because I was moved to the "star" section of the batch. When I was in 2nd year, I memorized things easily. When I took glutaphos in 3rd year, it memorized the lessons MORE easily. However, after I stopped taking it, I became more forgetful. I had short memory span. Ten years after, I still have a hard time remembering things and keeping it in mind for a long time :( I sometimes wonder if I would still have my sharper memory if I did not take in in High school. I've been researching for similar cases on the web, but I haven't found one so far.

Yes, it is effective because you can easy to memorize your lesson, but i'm not so sure if how many tablet per day.
the advantage of taking glutaphos is it helps to enhance your brain but after 2 hours i felt sleepy...

why do we need to take vit c and iron.does it help you not to be forgetful when you stop taking glutaphos?

im on self review is glutaphos right for me? i have also serious problem that always bothering me but i manage sometimes not to think of it. I just fucos my review so that ill be ready to take the board exam,is glutaphos can help me?

glutaphos is best taken with meals, according to MIMS.

i used it 3x a day is that good? i just follow the recommendation in the package & then it cause headache..but then i prove it its very effective...pls advive me if i shall continue using it 3x a day.tnx

I've been using it since im in the undergraduate and its pretty effective...it relaxes your mind after tedious reading so many pages of my books....

hi I used glutaphos for two weeks for a review but aferwards I stop it abruptly and then I develop memory lapses very bad... what can I do? do I continue taking it or see a Doctor?

There was a time I took Glutaphos and drank coffee afterwards. After an hour, I felt my heart palpitate stronger than usual and I had shortness of breath. Since then, I made it a point to take 1 tablet of Glutaphos in the morning and drink coffee in the afternoon instead. So far, no more incidents of palpitation occurred.

i used it all throughout the duration of my review when i was about to take the mechanical engineering board exam here in the philippines. i only started using it on the 1st day of my 4 months review. and thank God i am now a Mechanical Engineer. glutaphose helped me alot during my review. i take 1 tablet a day before i sleep.
