The three of these are most commonly used to help relieve joint and/or arthritis related pain. Oral Glucosamine and MSM are both dietary supplements and are not pharmaceutical drugs like Diacerein.

In regards to side effects, clinical studies have consistently reported that Glucosamine and MSM appear safe. You may experience an upset stomach or slight headache as a side effect of MSM though. The most common side effects of Diacerein treatment are gastrointestinal, such as diarrhea.

Did you have any other questions or concerns regarding these substances? Please post back if you do.
