Glucosamine + Chondroitin is a joint supplement to promote healthy joints during exercise or daily activities in general. It is also used in the treatment of arthritis.
Many health food stores and grocery stores carry this joint supplement combination.

Dear Doctor, I am 61yrs old and I am a patient of OA of both knee joints. I do not have BP or diabetes. I am using ORCERIN macleods 2 tabs a day and Calten tabs 2a day plus some homeopathic medicines and ayurvedic medicines but I have great difficulty in climbing steps and going down steps. During walking I get pain behind the knee joint and on the sides of the knee sometimes in the knee cap. Please help me.

Thanks
