No, Glizolan is not Aspirin based.
Diacereina is reportedly the active ingredient of Glizolan.
This medication belongs to a group of medicines with anti-inflamotory and anti-rheumatic properties. It is also used for treatment of Artrosis which is an illness related to cartelege prloblems and lesions and osteoartritis. It does not contain steroids. It works by inhibiting interleukin-1.
