No, it doesn't have less Acetaminophen, considering this has one of the highest doses of it that's presently available in these combination medications, so I'm not sure who told you that. The most commonly prescribed doses of this narcotic medication contain 325mgs or 500mgs of Acetaminophen and this one has 650 mg. There is only one that's higher than this and it has 750mgs in it.
However, what should be noted here is that soon all doses over 325mgs will be removed from the market in regards to these combination prescription products.
Due to concerns about the dangers of organ damage or failure that can happen with long term use, as well as the risk of overdose toxicity, the FDA has requested all manufacturers to lower them to a maximum of the 325mg per dose. Some manufactures have already begun to implement the change and the rest are expected to have it completed by January of 2014.

- Fd&c Blue No. 1
- Magnesium Stearate
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Povidones
- Starch, Corn
- Stearic Acid
- Crospovidone

So my mother-in-law is on all kinds of medicine and found a few blue pills with 3597 on it and V under it. Nothing on the opposite side. I couldn't find anything on line of this exact pill.
