Hello,

Based on my research, Gelmicin is used to treat infected skin disorders and Fungal skin infections such as: athlete's foot, ringworm, and candida skin infections. I can't find any information stating that it will be beneficial for Acne.

Have you tried using tea tree oil or apple cider vinegar? I have heard that they can be beneficial because of their anti bacterial properties.

Please post back if you have any more questions or concerns.

Yes Gelmicin does cure acne ! I used it because i have really bad acne all over my face. not only did it take my acne but it also reduce the irritation from my face. one thing is use a small does of medication and only put it on at night because if you go out with the cream and the sun hits you, your skin will get irritated and it will peel Good Lucky!.

So is Glemicin helpful for acne or not ? I really want to know. A friend just gave me a brand new tube of Glemicin because I have a huge pimple on my cheek at the moment and some small bumps on the edge of my forehead. Can anyone that's had bad acne give me their review with this product ? Please and thanks!

I am 20 and I had a really bad case of an infection on my face, which caused me to have lots of acne mostly on my forehead, cheekbone, and nose area(s). My grandma brought me a tube of Gelmicin from Mexico and I began applying (4-5 days a week) the cream on the infected areas (apply once before sleep) and I also began drinking a gallon of water minimum a day. After a week or so I began noticing results and I was very pleased, unfortunately I ran out of cream within a month in half. At that point I only had scars on my cheek, but a very big difference from the time I started using Gelmicin Cream. I haven't been using the cream for about two months now and I'm getting acne again so I will be purchasing more Gelmicin for its the only product that has worked for me. I recommend this product but you should always get a doctors approval just to be sure. Hopefully my experience can help.

I've been using gelmicin on my acne for about a year or more and it helps. It helps to clear the acne marks.

Ive had really bad acne & gelmicin is the only thing that has been working for me, & ive tried it all, i apply it everynight before bed nd it rduces redness, irritation, calms my acene nd helps get rid of it. I never take it out in the sun though like with any acne cream, but for someone who has had very severely acene i can say that this really works for me, just when i was losing hope
