-Betamethasone is a steroid medication used for a variety of conditions including, but not limited to rheumatic disorders, lupus, skin diseases (dermatitis/psoriasis), asthma, angioedema, preterm labor, crohn's disease, & leukemia.

-Clotrimazole is an antifungal medication.

-Gentamicin is an antibiotic used to treat various types of bacterial infections.

You can buy it at a pharmacy just over the Nogales Mexico border from AZ. Bought some today for $1.30.

My son was about the same condition however the only thing that really worked on him was ezema Aveno cream and their bath products. You can find it at Walgreens. Also my sister had abby with the same condition and we also tried the aveno on him but for him it did not work so after trying everything we heard about gemesine n that's the only cream that work for my little nephew we will see the difference on him within a day..so i think is all depends of the skin and how stubborn eczema can be. YOU should try both. Good luck n i hope it works.
