Gastric & Blood Pressure Problem

I am taking the Pantocid DSR tablet for moreethan one month in empty stomach one hour before breakfast. for Gastric problem. severely. Even also no relief at all. Daily I am facing left chest pain, stomach pain sometimes injection pain and heart burn only in the 9.00 to 13.00 hors after taking the pantocid tablet.. Please give the alternate medicinie for the same type of problem. I am havint the blood pressure tablet . for that I am taking Telma -H tablet also after break fast. Due to that any side effect is there. I am 57 years old.Last one month only I am having Blood pressure . due to gas problem I am having Yawning problem also continuously ( at a time more than 20 to 25 numbers of yawning is coming ).

More than four month i am facing yaning problem. Last one month only I am facing servere gas problem. For that I am taking Pantocid DSR along with Telma-H (Pressure tablet ) From 6/02/13 onwards I am having blood pressure problem.I am a vegetarian. Morning break fast only Idli or Dosai only. I don 't take Chapathi. Afternoon rice only. Two times I am taking coffee. Due to coffee and Dosai any chances are there to increase the gas problem. Please suggest the alternate medicine for this type of problem.

Hi, Kannan! Sorry about the problems that you're having.

The gastric issues may be caused by the Telmisartan in the Telma-H, it has been known to cause such problems in some people that take it.
