Foltanx Vs L-methyl-b6-b12 Tablets

I had been taking Foltanx but my last prescription was filled with L-Methyl-B6-B12 tablets. Are these the same? If not, what is the difference?

There are both nutritional supplements that contain the same vital nutrients. The FDA warns that they may cause nausea, and diarrhea as side effects due to their potency.

my Doctor perscribed L-METHYL-B6-B12 tablets for extream hair loss. I have gained about 15 lbs. in 2 months, is this medication the cause, I can't tell if itis helping my hair. however the weight gain is not worth it.
