Blue And Yellow Capsule With Nvr 035

I found this capsule and I'm not sure what it is. Can you please help me with this? Thanks you. ## I'm happy to help! I believe the imprint you're looking at is actually NVR D35, which is a capsule with the NVR on the blue half and the D35 on the yellow. This is a 35mg Focalin XR capsule, which contains the active ingredient Dexmethylphenidate, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD. Where did you find it? You can learn more about Focalin here. ## Thank you for all you help. I appreciate it.

how much is too much when using focalin xr 15mg recreationally?

I opened and crunched 24 focal xr 15mg capsules in about 14-16 hrs. I have a very high tolerance to any drug, and I'm a small female. I feel shaky but ok. Is that too much? Just a waste probably- the buzz didn't get better.... ## From what I could gather, Doses above 30 mg/day in pediatrics and 40 mg/day in adults have not been studied and are not recommended. There is also no body of evidence available from controlled trials to indicate how long the patient with ADHD should be treated with Focalin XR. So if you're using Focalin XR (Dexmethylphenidate Hydrochloride) in a recreational manner, I would still play it safe and definitely steer clear from taking so many capsules. Nervousness and anxiety are both common side effects of taking too much, which may have attributed to ...

not available in FL?

last month I had to drive 1hr to find 10mg Focalin. Doc increased it to 15mg. Nowhere to be found in or near Brooksville FL. Pharmacies say they can order it but can't guarantee they'll get it??? How can a medication simply not be available?? Called my hometown pharmacy in CT, they fedex'd it to me, apparently there's plenty in CT but not in FL? Anyone have any idea what's going on? ## There are almost always shortages of controlled substance medications towards the end of the year. It's mainly due to mandatory manufacturing limits that are put in place to help control the supply. Florida had an additional problem this year, because many pharmacies were filling prescriptions for many people that were over the monthly limit. For instance, say that monthly maximum ...

Focalin tablets- prescribed once available again (loss of appetite lasting longer) TEVA 93 5277 10 mg white round pills 1 tab aid

I was prescribed this for a period of time and then there was some drug shortage and had to rotate between the numerous generics of Ritalin until it was available, some worked great and others were horrible and since generic focalin was approved under my insurance (TEVA 93 5277 10 mg white round pills) and my insurance has a mail order service and few people are on it so they have a rather abundant supply I switched back. Well, just like every other ADHD medication, even switching brands of the same drug, there is a week or two period of forcing myself to consume smoothies and whatnot but it is going on three weeks now and while it is working great in every other way, I had to give up my annual P90x round before summer because I am so weak that four push ups is rough. I never had this i...

Everyone I know that is medicated now or in the past completely resent...

take 1x daily for A.D.D.,med.green capsule. ## Does anyone know why Focalin XR 5mg has been recalled? I went to pick up my son's perscription and they told me it had been recalled, but didn't know why. ## I really hope that you have some bad information, my pedi just prescribed the FocalinXR5mg for our 10 year old son, I gave him his first dose today. It was a 30 day free persription to see if this is what he needs. We went to our pharmecy at Kroger, and even though they didn't carry it, they were sure that Walgreens or CVS would. There was no talk of a recall, but the pharmecist at Kroger didn't know why they didn't carry it. ## I contacted the doctor and they said that they didn't know anything about the recall. We have continued to give our child the medicatio...

ADD/HD Medication, where can I find Focalin IR in the Ft. Worth, Texas area? My 11 yo. son is taking 10 mg. Focalin XR in AM, and prescribed 10 mg Foclin IR at noon, but cannot find it. ## Hi, I just got put on Focalin 2 weeks ago and still have yet to find a Pharmacy that has it or is willing to order it in Austin, TX. My Two Children And ADHD

I have three children but, only my two oldest have been diagnosed with ADHD.The doctor has had both of them on two different meds. and Ritalin now they are on Folican.Nothing seems to work they are violent toward others, make threats against others, they're school grades are awful, and they don't listen to anything.I just don't know how to help them or what kind of meds they need to be on if any. Please if anyone knows how to help me please do. ## My oldest had ADHD, and we had tried everything! Some made him reclusive and some made him aggatated. The one we had found for him was the extended release aderol. His grades improved, his attitude at home improved, but the only thing was with him was that they had to eventually give him one med to sleep, and another to increase his app...

Focalin is Just Expensive Ritalin

Why waste money on Focalin when Ritalin is the same thing? It just contains the active as well as the inactive form (they are mirror-images or enantiomers). The inactive form has never been demonstrated to be harmful so why bother to remove it? It is costly to do this. Here is why: to prolong the patent coverage (read profit). NOTE: in some drugs the mirror image form can be harmful but not in this case. I'm a PhD organic chemist by the way, not a Pharm. D., but I know the pharmaceutical industry. You should ask a Pharm. D (not just a pharmacist) at your hospital pharmacy (you should always confirm what ANYBODY says on the internet). BE CRITICAL. Ciao.

Straterra

Anxiety ## This drug helped me focus but made me very adjatated. I would not recommend this drug. Try Fobulin. It work much better. ## I believe the individual who posted first meant Focalin not Fobulin, however, Focalin (an extended release version of a single side-isomer of methylphenidate [=Ritalin]), a stimulant ADHD medication. Stratterra is a non-stimulant ADHD medication, and while this lowers numerous side-effects, removes the possibility of addiction and/or abuse. Though this sounds wonderful in light of stimulants' many downfalls, the medicine itself does not work very well, and has fallen almost completely out of vogue with psychiatrists except in cases of a comorbid previous addiction problem. Personally, it was for me much like a buzzing in the ear and restless-leg synd...

My Son

I need to ask about this drug Facalin? My son takes this drug and I am wondering what the side affects are? ## I'm wondering the same thing. My son's is saying his legs feel funny and is having symptoms that look similar to the restless legs. This was just at night until today when he was complaining about it this morning shortly after taking his medications. I'm wondering if it is the Clonidine? ## Here's an excerpt: What side effects may occur? Side effects cannot be anticipated. If any develop or change in intensity, inform your doctor as soon as possible. Only your doctor can determine if it is safe for your child to continue taking Focalin. More common side effects may include: Fever, loss of appetite, nausea, and stomach pain The most common side effects reported f...

Focalin- crushed pills

My son recently started taking Focalin. He is 7 and is having a hard time swallowing the pill (not capsule). Is it still effective when crushed and put in applesause? ## Yes. It works crushed and mixed in pudding, too! ## Does 'Foculin' come in a long-acting form? Like Concerta ## Focalin XR works well for my son, and lasts about 9 hours. If he needs to do homework or do serious sports in the evening or has a playdate in the evening, I use focalin in the mid to late afternoon. ## You can also try Focalin in Oatmel or grits..... Anything with thicker texture to it! ## This will actually depend if he is on the regular Focalin or the XR. If he is on the XR which is an extended time release version, it should not be crushed or broken, that will negate the time released effect and he...
