I just got a tube of Gelmincin. My grandson had a severe case of eczema, red itchy on back of leg arms and back ...just want to know if anyone had used it for their eczema and get some feedback on the usage. ## Hello, Faith13! How are you and your grandson? I'd suggest not using it on him, without doctor's approval. Using the wrong thing may actually make it worse. Gelmicin contains a topical steroid, an antibiotic and antifungal medication. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin irritation, redness, dryness and itching.
