From what I can find, this contains the active ingredient Acetylcysteine, which is a mucolytic, so it's used to help break up the mucous and congestion associated with cold symptoms.

Only once a day, so once in the morning or once at night. It's a decongestant but it doesn't contain paracetomol so you should take that too to relieve any horrible cold symptoms!

FLUMIL - is the only perfect I ever tried before against mucos in nose or chest! Plus it is not antibiotic! Doing miracle thing to recover fast from any mucos! Of course you never will find it in uk- they want population to reduce, why they need you to recover fast and no use dangerous antibiotic? Less people - more space! Buy guys in Europe and bring it with you for you and your children! And you will not have any problems with complications of flu or cold! Be healthy!!!

I also got Fluimucil Forte 600 mg prescribed in Spain while having an upper respiratory infection with lots of mucus and it did not do a thing, Actually, it made me feel quite nauseous instead. Probably because of the E951 substance in it.

I've had one course of Fluimucil forte 600mg which ended 2 days ago, whilst it relieved the symptoms quite a bit, I'm still struggling with the cough and can't seem to clear my chest, and I still have a lot of clear thick mucus coming from my nose. Can I take a second course?

Yes, you can have it.

I am asthmatic and I am been having it for long time.

I always bring a package with me when I go to Spain.

Take once a day, apparently you should dissolve it in water, I thought it looked a bit large. Hope it dissolves in my stomach OK!

I got Fluimucil Forte 600mg in Spain, and it helped me a lot because I had a bad tooth infection. How long can I use the tablets for? Can You buy them in Norway? Is it safe to use them once in a while? I am very happy that it helps me so much.

I have just been prescribed Fluimucil Forte 600 mg as I have some tooth pain after Christmas indulgences! The dentist said to take it once a day after breakfast for 7 days BUT I MUST drink 4 litres of water a day he said to flush it all out. So if you are still having problems with mucus, I would say give this a try and see if it helps! Today is my first day so fingers crossed it works!

You can get it in Norway without any prescription. It's called Bronkyl 200mg. Just ask for it at your local pharmacy. Water dissolving tablets just like Fluimucil.
