Flomax, Oxybutinin, Finasteride

I have been prescribed Flomax, Oxybutinin and Finasteride once a day for an enlarged prostate. Can I take all at the same time and when is the best time of the day to take them?

There is no particular best time of day to take them, but the FDA does warn that the Oxybutynin may cause dizziness and drowsiness as side effects, so some people prefer to take it at night, to avoid experiencing such issues during the day.

It is usually okay to take them all together, unless your doctor or pharmacist instructs otherwise.

As to the Flomax, it should be taken approximately half an hour after the same meal each day to ensure steady absorption.
