Listed below are a couple websites specific to locating pain management doctors in a given area. All you have to do is input your city or zip code for narrowed results:
{link removed because site no longer exists}

You can give this other site a try too if you come up with different results for some reason or another:
wellness.com/find/pain%20management%20specialist

Most of the results you will find also list a phone number that specific doctor; I'd consider calling up a number of them to see if they prescribe the type of medication you are seeking to manage your pain.

Alternatively, you can always ask that your current primary care doctor refer you to a new pain management doctor or clinic.

Please post back if either of these links were able to work out for you. Hope this helps!

I am also looking for a new PM Dr., or someone not afraid to prescribe. If you find someone, or have found someone, please email me {edited for privacy}
I will do the same if I find someone.
I think this site will hide my email but you can try "{edited for privacy}" hopefully that will go through.

They are no longer allowed to prescribe pain medicines--you must go to an actual pain doctor after you have a referral from your primary care doctor
