Find A Pm Doc To Prescribe Oxycodone In San Antonio Tx

Hello everyone. I'm looking for a PM doc in the San Antonio,TX area that will still prescribe oxycodone. I had failed back surgery for bulging discs seven years ago, tried facet injections, a spinal cord stimulator, and most recently a morphine pump (which about killed me). I'm on two 10mg Norco and my doc gave me oxy in December which actually helped alot and didn't give me any side effects. Now he says he can't prescribe them. Was given Dilaudin which just knocks me out. I'm on full disability because of my back, and I'm a student, wife, and mom, I can't afford to and don't want to be high on pain meds, I just want to have less pain. I guess the DEA has come down hard on these kind of meds, but what about the people who truly need them?! If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks:)

Did you ever find a DR here in SATX? I myself have had a back injury and the shots don't work, I'm scared of having surgery at age 39, all they have prescribed so far is T3 with coding which does nothing. Vicodin make me itchy so those are a no go. I came across a bottle of oxycontin in my job, never had heard of them and Googled them. Seen they were for pain so I tried them. They worked wonders. The bottle had 60 in it I only used them when the pain was too much for Ibuprofen and my muscle relaxer. I made those 60 last almost 6 months. I'm not searching for a high I'm searching for a solution other than surgery and those never once made me tired, ill or anything and they took the edge off so I could function a little more normal. If you or anyone can refer me to a Dr that would be greatly appreciated.
