With most places that provide treatment, it's one or other, not both, because both require special training and protocols.

For doctors that treat with Suboxone, you can try the website Suboxone.com, they provide a directory.

It appears there are quite a few Methadone clinics in MD, but I don't know which ones are in the counties you mentioned and there are far too many to list them all.

Have you tried calling your local social services agency to see if they can make any recommendations?

I am looking for Doctor who can help me continue my methadone maintenance, I can no longer afford the $$$ the clinic charges and had a horrible experience being detox so it's not options at this point ,do have insurance and do extremely well on 30 mil a day I live inEl Cajon ca . Please d not referr me to U turn it's worthless
