prescripion drug i9nformation ## does anyone know what Providual is and what is it used to treat? Thanks ## Ferrous Sulfate is an iron supplement, the FDA lists its most common side effects as possibly including nausea, constipation, and dark stool. The biggest precaution is to only take it as directed, because taking too much could be dangerous to your liver. Erin, I am sorry, I am not familiar with a medication under that name. Were you possibly referring to Provigil? It contains the active ingredient Modafinil and is used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy.

Round Red Pill No Imprint

The pill has no imprint at all, is a dark red color (almost maroon), and is 1cm wide. I have found a couple on the floor of my closet and have no idea what they are or where they came from. ## I have the same question. I have someone taking several of these pills at one time along with a combination of other pills. I have no idea what this pill is and cant find it anywhere on the internet. It is a round/red speckled pill with no markings on it. ## Because this pill has no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine what this tablet contains, unless you would pay to have it lab tested, somewhere. If these are in fact prescription pills, It's highly unlikely that they are manufactured in the U.S, since there are no imprints. U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have a ...

Can I take the two together ferrous sulfate 325 mg and nitrofur mac cap 100mg? I am scared to take them both at the same time. ## Hello, Precious! How are you? "Ferrous Sulfate"

Hi I'm a 17 year old and im taking 1 tablet once a day of Ferrous Sulfate. But I'm also 1 1/2 tablets twice a day of Predisone and along with multiple other dosages of other medicines. Could this be the reason for the churning sick feeling in my stomach? ## I think it largely depends on what all the other medications are that you might be taking with it. Just about all prescription drugs can cause these types of side effects. Based on my research, Ferrous Sulfate does list "constipation" and "stomach upset" as side effects. It also mentions that you should tell your doctor if either of these symptoms are severe or do not go away. The only problem I see with pinpointing the culprit, is that Prednisone also lists this as side effect as well. And I can only speculat...

The iron in your body, which is the substance in the supplements, is the exact same iron that forms the metal iron that attracts magnets, is used to build things and etc. Any potent supplement of it is going to attract magnets. There is only one type of iron, the same with copper, selenium and other metal elements. Just because there are small amounts of them that are present in the human body doesn't mean their properties have changed, the only difference ...

what does ta mean on prescription

someone one who takes ferrous sulfate 325 mg ta wants to know what the ta stands for ## Hello, George! How are you? That just stands for tablet. Doctor's sometimes designate such on a prescription, to make sure their patient receives one specific form. For instance, they may specify that they be given tablets only, if they want them to be able to divide the dosage, if necessary, since that cannot be done with capsules. The FDA classifies this as an iron supplement and lists its most common side effects as being dark stool and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
