Febrax-naproxeno Sodico 275mg-300mg

Major headache, asked my brother in law for aspirn (he's a dentist in Mexico) and he hands me a febrax and says take this. What the hell is it?

Febrax contains Paracetamol and Naproxen Sodium, it is used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding. Yes, ironically the very medications we use to relieve headaches might cause one as a side effect.
