It shouldn't. The Oxycodone is a synthetic opiate though, so on some cheaper, more unreliable tests, it may cause false positives for other synthetic and semi-synthetic opiates.

From various posts that we've had on here, it really seems that most of the saliva tests are pretty unreliable.

I was in the hospital from 7/01/11 to 7/04/11 during that time I had a blood transfusion and was on dilaudid. upon my release I've been on percocet. Today 7/13/11 I took a urin test and it tested me positive for cocain. I've not been around anyone doing drugs so can you please help me shine light on this?
