I recently picked up some 10/325 Percocet and the imprint looks legit but the pills break apart extremely easy. They're either very old or fake. I notice that immediately around the edges looks really rough...almost like they went through the washer or something.

Is there an easy way to tell the difference between old pills and fake pills? I can break them with my hand really easily but it seems like you'd be able to do this if they were put in water or something.

If you got them from a pharmacy they are legimate. Sometimes the appearance and consistency of medications change with different manufacturers.

Sounds like the ones that just about took my life. If they didn't come from a pharmacy then its definitely not worth the risk of your life! The edges have a bit of a line and they say percocet and 10/325 on other side. They are light yellow if fake. The real ones do not say percocet on them. Don't risk it!
