Failed Drug Test For Using Sudafed

I don't do methamphetamine but I've have had a head cold that I've been taking Sudafed for. Can this cause a false positive for methamphetamine?

I took a drug test for job n failed for amphithmines n I have not used any of that stuff i do take klonopin n she said I didn't rest positive for it I even tried to show her my prescription she sent me to big lab for a 12 panel rest I did take a caffeine pill n 2 days ago I took 2 sudophed tabs how can this be i have never failed before please explain thanks so much.
