Riound yellow tablet with K37 on it. Can u tell me what it is?

The tablet with the FR 21 marking is manufactured by Ultratab Laboratories, and they list it as containing 325mgs of Aspirin. NDC: 00498-0113

Inactive ingredients may include:

Corn Starch 3-e-dodecenyl Succinic Anhydride Modified
Crospovidone
Cholesteryl Stearate
Silicon Dioxide
Croscarmellose Sodium
Hypromellose 2208 (100 Mpa.s)
Light Mineral Oil
Cellulose, Microcrystalline

Titanium Dioxide
Propylene Glycol

Unfortunately, I can't find anything listed with the K37 marking. Is it possibly something that is available over the counter?
