Feliz S 5mg & Clonotril 0.25mg

Hi Informer..
I'm on depression my psychologist prescribed to take FELIZ S 5mg & CLONOTRIL 0.25mg every day since 2.5 years, but now iam cured so i need to withdraw to taking pills, Please help on this how to get off
i have tried more time to get off but its not possible due to withdrawal symptoms have any other pills to get off on this
