Extreme Anxiety And Moodnswings

I am in a very crucial stage in my life right now and an the single mother of four young children and I alsobcare for my mother, care for my children and also every household chore and i am at the point of no return. The only thing that can calms me is my alprazolam or lorazepam. All the stress duties have me hanging my thread. Please help me.
