@ Sanj,

Evion is simply a Vitamin E supplement, with this being the only active ingredient.

In my opinion there is nothing wrong supplementing a vitamin or even multivitamin supplement for long term health benefits (even over the course of a lifetime); especially if one's diet does not reap all of the essential nutrients our bodies require.

Dosing indications for Evion are stated below:
"Usually prescribed to 100-300 mg / day. If necessary the dose may be increased to 1 g / day."

Additionally, below you can find a number of different foods that contain high amounts of Vitamin E:

Avocado
Blackberries
Black Currants
Blueberries
Boysenberries
Breadfruit
Cranberries
Guava
Kiwi
Loganberries
Mango
Mulberries
Nectarine
Papaya
Peach
Pomegranate
Raspberries
Butternut Squash
Parsnip
Potatoes
Pumpkin
Spirulina
Swiss Chard
Taro
Almonds
Filberts/Hazelnuts
Pine Nuts/Pignolias
Sunflower Seeds

I hope this helps!
