From what I could gather, vitamin E is known to play a vital role in fighting against cervical as well as other types of cancers. An article I just came across states that your total intake of vitamins A, C, and E are strongly associated with a decreased risk of cervical cancer.

Regarding side effects, vitamin supplements are generally only recommended when there is a deficiency or lack of certain nutrients in one's own diet. However, if taken in excess, some vitamins can be toxic and exhibit side effects. In my opinion, a great way to avoid this is to get most of your vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, and so forth, from a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, herbs, seeds and nuts.

I m 22 year old, my doctor has suggested to mix the Evion 400 capsules with Nilac-A Gel then apply it directly on face in night for the acne treatment. How much is this effective nd will there be any side effects?
