I was suffering from 2 years back and doc prescribed me daxid d 5o mg and etirest but as i always felt numb i discontinued the medicine within 45 days when the course was at-least for a year after discontinuing i faced a lot of problems back now since few month i am having headache mood swings and a lot other problem which includes suicidal thoughts and my new doctor has assigned me with feliz s 10 and dvx er 250 will these again make my body numb and i haven't discussed all the problems i am facing because of this depression should i start taking these medicines or consult the doctor once more before starting the course? and what are the side effects of leaving the medication before the doctors prescribed course?

I have anxiety prob and sr prescribed etirest for 1 for morning and same as in the night. Is there any side effect of this med. Can I stop the medicine.? Is any problem to discontinue the medicine? All medications carry the risk of causing side effects, the U.S. FDA lists the ones for this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings and irritability. You should take it, as directed by your doctor and should not stop it abruptly, as doing so can cause a risk of seizures. Is there anything else I can help with?

Psychiatrist has prescribed this medicine 1/2 in morning & 1/2 in the evening. My husband has suddenly become afraid of taking dialysis after 6 yrs of going through with it. He was recommended to see a psychiatrist who recommended Etirest 0.5 mg.. 1tablet in the morning and 1/2 at nights. And, 45 minutes before dialysis 1 tablet. He started the before dialysis tablet only yesterday and the whole of today he is drowsy. Etirest tablet is a very small white tablet. anxiety problem ## From that I was able to gather Etizolam (Etirest) is used in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Side effects include: Blepahrospasms with long term use Rare: Erythema annulare centrifugum brain lesions. Do you have any more questions or information to add?
